The Experience
Our physical body is surrounded by a cocoon of light, called the aura. Light energy is drawn into this cocoon, which acts like a prism, changing the light (or breaking it down) into its component colour elements. Colour energy then enters the body vibrating along the nerve centres and through the chakras (these are energy centres that are aligned down the front and back of the body). An Aura reading is when the therapist is looking at your aura and chakras to gain insight regarding your mental, emotional and physical states. In doing so the therapist is able to address your situation on a deeper level. The information and understanding gained helps facilitate letting go of blocks (emotional and mental) in those chakras. This helps the energy in the aura/chakras to flow freely, throughout your energy system, creating harmony within.

Session Length
Duration varies depending on the venue. As a guide you may spend a couple of hours with the therapist. Details will be supplied upon booking.

It is important that you are comfortably dressed so that you feel relaxed and are able to concentrate.
Availability
All of our therapists work throughout the year, and bookings are subject to availability. Weekdays only. You should book at least 4 weeks in advance.
