Mid-day is left for a quick lunch after which practice on the river will follow; swimming, peeling in and out of eddies, ferrying and s-turns, rolling in flat and moving water...After dinner there will be a presentation on water reading and river safety as well as an informative kayaking video. Day two will be an intense practise on the river and lots and lots of strokes.
